Because our items are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.

We want you to love your order and are happy to help if there is any problem caused during production.
