Refund Policy

Returns are Easy! WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Items that are returned within 30 days of your order SHIPMENT (when they LEAVE our warehouse).
  • Items in original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn.
  • Refunds are processed 2 ways: issued back to the original method of payment or with store credit (see below).

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Clearance items and warehouse sale items
  • Customized/Birthday Shirts (See Below) 
  • Customized/monogrammed items.
  • Any hair accessory (Hair Bows, etc)

 

RETURNS ARE EASY:

 

NON Custom Shirt

Does the shirt not fit as you thought it would BUT is the correct size you ordered? No problem, just send the shirt back to It's So Cute, and we will replace the shirt at no charge. Please let us know what size would fit better, and agree to pay the shipping to send it back to you.

 

Custom Shirt (Birthday or Monogrammed Shirts)

There are NO returns on personalized shirts, EXCEPT if It's So Cute made the mistake.  If this is the case, send the shirt back with any corrections needed, and we will replace the shirt at no charge, including Standard Shipping ONLY - we do not return shirts via Priority or Next Day Shipping.

 

OTHER RETURN DETAILS:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Must be in original packaging.
  • Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price; items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded. 
  • If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns.

 

HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?

  • Please allow 5 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed. 

 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS?

  • Damaged items MUST be reported to support@itssocuteonline within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!

 

 

STOLEN ITEMS

  • Packages that are shown as delivered according to the tracking information cannot be reshipped by It's So Cute. Insurance is optional, very cheap, and available during checkout to cover this possibility for your protection.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout. 

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • We are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted.  If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@itssocuteonline.com as soon as possible. Due to our short fulfillment times, please understand that we are unable to cancel some orders.
